The financial resources of the Union County Foundation are used to make grants and scholarships that benefit the quality of life for all the citizens of Union County.
The Foundation provides a vehicle for gifts of any size or character to be used to that end.

Union County Foundation Quarterly Grant Program
The Union County Foundation offers a Quarterly Grant Program to support non-profit groups and organizations in Union County.

Scholarships for Union County Graduating High School Seniors
The Union County Foundation houses funds that provide scholarships to qualifying high school seniors throughout Union County.

John & Kandy Taylor College Book Allowance Fund
This fund benefits Union County residing college students whom are attending college, technical, or vocational school. A minimum of $200 will be awarded each calendar
year to be used to help defray the cost of college books and supplies. Proof of such purchases (receipts) will be required to receive the distribution.

Coleman Memorial Scholarship
The Coleman Memorial Scholarship fund benefits children with disabilities, ages 18 and under, by providing support for camp experiences.

Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation Union County Fund Hometown Community Garden and Greenspace Grants
To promote the development and maintenance of thriving community gardens and greenspaces in its hometown of Union County, The Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation Fund offers an
annual grant program to fund public greenscapes.
Grants have been awarded for 2020. Applications for 2021 will be accepted next year from August 31 through October 31. Grant awards are announced annually by the end of December to support garden/greenspace projects for the following
Spring.

Feed Union County Grant Program
The Feed Union County Grant Program supports non-profit groups and organizations in Union County that provide meals and/or food to those in need.
There are limited funds for this program. Grant applications will be considered and awarded until the limited funds have been expended.
The 2020 program did not receive funding. |
